At FalconGritt, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days after delivery
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or washed products
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Items without original tags
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
